Problem
As a bulk oil filtration and purification service provider, it’s very important to ensure the water content and cleanliness of the oil after filtration when dealing with high-end customers’ filtration needs. The client has purchased a vacuum filter for dehydration and a plate and frame filter for pre-filtration. At the same time, the client also needs an efficient precision filtration system to ensure the oil’s cleanliness reaches NAS≤7. While the client cares about the filtration effect, they’re also concerned about the lifespan of the filter elements and how many barrels of oil each set of filters can purify.
The customer used Shiyi@Precision filters to filter oil in different conditions. Shiyi Electromechanical helped the customer with oil testing, taking samples from after plate-and-frame filtration, after vacuum filtration, and after F27-108V-E2M filtration. In total, 42 oil samples were tested at SGS.
During the process of filtering and purifying bulk oil, the customer and Shiyi Electromechanical maintained good communication about how to take oil samples, when to take them, and using laboratory-specific sample bottles... carefully listening to Shiyi Electromechanical's suggestions, they obtained a large number of NAS 2 and NAS 3 level test reports out of 42 SGS inspection reports.
Solution: The Shiyi@FF 27-108 V-E2M filters 1800L/H of flow and comes with four FB27-27 filter elements inside, with a filtration accuracy of up to 1 micron.
