Problem: The customer's hydraulic oil is highly contaminated and requires a precision filtration system to reduce the oil's contamination level. The customer's target contamination level is NAS6, which refers to the oil tank's contamination, not the filter unit's outlet. The customer believes that general filtration systems can't achieve NAS6 and wants to sign a technical agreement with the supplier. To ensure the reliability of test reports, during filtration, besides the reports provided by the supplier, the customer also takes samples from the oil tank sampling points and sends them to two third-party labs to test the contamination level.
From then on, we gained the customer's trust. After that, the customer installed numerous Shiyi@ precision filtration systems at different locations in the steel plant, with each oil station equipped with a set of filtration systems, and both sides maintained a good long-term cooperation.
Especially with the customer's gearbox system, the newly installed equipment produced a lot of particulate contaminants during the break-in period, seriously polluting the gear oil. Below are photos comparing the oil samples in the tank before and after purification.
Solution: Install the Shiyi@FF 27-108V-E2D precision filtration system, each set has 4 FB27-27 filter cartridges, with a filtration accuracy of up to 1 micron.
Customer requirement: Fuel tank cleanliness must meet NAS 6 standard
Without stopping production, Shiyi@Precision Filtration System took just one day to filter the gear oil in the customer's tank from black to yellow.
