System Introduction
Main reduction gearbox of Cement Mill #1 has a light-oil lubrication station with an oil capacity of 8000L
Oil Information: Mobil 600XP 320 gear oil.
The oil station is located 3 meters underground.

Problem
The cooling tower unexpectedly leaked, causing a large amount of water to enter the gearbox oil reservoir. The customer discharged 250kg of water using natural separation and sedimentation, but believes that there is still 750kg of water left in the tank. On-site, the customer has a vacuum dehydration device and tried to use vacuum to remove water from the gear oil. However, they found that the temperature inside the vacuum chamber had already reached 100°C, but no water was coming out of the vacuum device's drain.

Customer request:
Online dehydration, quickly remove free water and emulsified water from the oil station without stopping production. The gear oil has already heavily emulsified and turned milky white. The 750kg of water is the customer's estimate.

Solution: Install Shiyi @ Extraction Tower C51

Customer Review: Initially, the customer was skeptical about whether the Shiyi @ Extraction Tower C51 could dehydrate online. As we all know, dehydrating high-viscosity gear oil is very challenging. The customer had to choose between filtration dehydration service and oil change. Undoubtedly, the C51 fully met the customer's requirements, saving them 800 liters worth of oil change costs, and production was not affected at all.
