Problem
The plate heat exchanger keeps leaking, and this happens frequently. The customer has regular annual maintenance and replacement of the plate heat exchanger, but it still can't prevent water leaks during production. The customer spent a lot of money buying a vacuum oil filter and a centrifuge for dehydration, but found that the water separated by the centrifuge contains a very high oil content and separates very slowly, making equipment maintenance very costly. The vacuum filter dehydrates online, but it quickly raises the oil tank temperature, separates slowly, and affects the tank temperature. Neither method is acceptable.
Customer Requirements:
Online dehydration, quickly remove free water and emulsified water from the oil station without stopping production. The water content in the tank before dehydration was
already >10%, with severe emulsification.
Solution:
Install Shiyi@Extraction Tower C51
Customer feedback: Very satisfied with the online dehydration performance of extraction tower C51. During C51 dehydration, the temperature of the lubrication system oil tank remained stable, saving the customer 8,000 liters in oil replacement costs, and there was no need to stop production for oil changes. Looking forward to the launch of the second-generation C111 soon.
The C51 can dehydrate up to 700L/day on-site, and the discharged water is clear and transparent, with a fully automatic dehydration system.
