Our mobile oil purifier adopts multi-stage composite filtration structure, including primary impurity filtration, vacuum dehydration, secondary fine filtration and activated carbon decolorization modules. The integrated control panel with touch screen realizes automatic constant temperature, automatic liquid level protection and overload shutdown, which greatly reduces manual operation difficulty. The whole machine is equipped with silent casters, which can be freely moved to each oil tank station in the workshop, without fixed pipeline transformation, very suitable for small and medium-sized heat treatment factories, machinery processing workshops and mobile engineering equipment stations.




The supporting filter elements are the core of stable purification performance. We independently develop three mainstream filter series: fiber composite filter cartridges for removing solid particles, water-absorbing coalescence filter elements for rapid dehydration, and activated carbon filter elements for removing carbon black and oil oxidation products. Compared with ordinary filter elements on the market, our filter material has higher dirt holding capacity, longer service cycle and stable filtration precision up to NAS 6-8 grade. All filter cartridges can be perfectly matched with our full range of oil purifiers, and we also support non-standard size customization to replace imported filter elements, helping customers save high spare parts procurement costs.
Taking heat treatment factories as an example: after using our oil purification system continuously, the replacement cycle of quenching oil can be extended by 3-5 times, the rejection rate of metal workpieces caused by oil impurities is reduced by more than 80%, and the maintenance frequency of quenching furnace circulating pumps and valves is greatly decreased. For steel mill hydraulic stations, our equipment can control the water content of hydraulic oil below 50ppm, effectively preventing hydraulic system rust and valve jamming failure.
