System Introduction
Gear Oil Lubricant Viscosity: ISOVG460
Problem
The customer's gas station uses 460 viscosity gear oil, with a filling amount of about 4000L. Due to the cement production process, a lot of dust getting into the oil tank is unavoidable. The customer just changed to new oil in April 2025, and by June 2026, the oil tank turned black and was heavily contaminated with dust.
Customer requirements: During cement production, online filtration is needed, and the machine can't be stopped to clean the oil station. A high-efficiency filtration system is needed to clean the gear oil thoroughly and reduce oil change costs.
Solution
Gearbox oil station: Install the Shiyi @FF27-108V-E2MJR precision filter, with 6KW heating power, each set of filter cartridges has 4 B27-27, filtration accuracy 3 microns.
Filtration Challenge
The first set of four B27-27 filter elements became saturated with contaminants in just three hours, reaching the replacement standard. The customer was very anxious about the filtration costs. Following the supplier's guidance, the user adjusted the oil filter machine settings, and when installing the second set of four B27-27 filter elements, the gearbox oil changed from black to red, making them very satisfied.
