Hydraulic Oil Filtration and Purification Service Provider for Construction Machinery in China
System Introduction
Service providers for hydraulic oil filtration and purification in construction machinery all have service vehicles, mostly flatbed trucks and vans. These service vehicles are usually equipped with generators, mainly supplying 220V single-phase power.
To filter and purify various types of hydraulic vehicles, service providers prefer filtration and purification systems with variable frequency functionality.
Problem
The previously used decolorizing sand filtration systems were large in size, heavy, inconvenient to replace the sand, expensive to replace the sand, had high 'oil consumption,' and the decolorizing sand had a short lifespan.
Customer requirements:
The filtration system should consume little oil; the amount of waste oil after filtering for each excavator hydraulic oil station should be less than 10L.
Long filter lifespan; ideally, each filter can filter 1000~2000L of oil.
Optimal filtration cost per barrel of oil is around RMB 50, the lower the better.
Compact filtration system size, customizable according to vehicle model, high automation, and easy to operate.
'Dark' and 'light' oils should be filtered separately to avoid mixing.
